1. Ceramic Liner

  • Material:

    • 95% - 99.5% Alumina Ceramic (Al₂O₃), with a Rockwell hardness of HRA 85 - 92 (second only to diamond), and its wear resistance is more than 30 times that of manganese steel.

    • Some high-end products use Zirconia Toughened Ceramic (ZTA), with a hardness up to HRA 94, and the impact resistance is increased by 30%.

  • Thickness:

    • 8 - 20mm (8 - 12mm under standard working conditions, 15 - 20mm in high-wear scenarios), and it is specifically adjusted according to the particle size and speed of the conveyed materials.

  • Surface Treatment:

    • Polished treatment (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm), with a friction coefficient of 0.15 - 0.2, reducing material retention.

  • Pasting Process:

    • Cold-bonding Adhesive: Two-component epoxy structural adhesive (such as the BD series), with a shear strength ≥ 15MPa and a temperature resistance range of - 40℃ - + 400℃ (depending on the model, for example, BD300 can withstand a temperature of 300℃, and BD400 can withstand a temperature of 400℃).

    • Installation method: The thickness of the back coating adhesive layer is 1 - 2mm, the curing time at room temperature is 24 hours, and the initial adhesion force ≥ 5N/cm (no support is required when pasting on a vertical surface).
