Recently, Hebei Shengwen Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a large domestic mining group. The two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in areas such as drive pulley technology R&D and product application, jointly promoting the upgrading and development of mining material conveying technology.
According to the agreement, a joint R&D center will be established, bringing together top technical talents in the industry. Focusing on the complex working conditions and high requirements of material conveying in mining operations, they will carry out specialized technical research. Shengwen Mining Machinery will give full play to its advantages in drive pulley R&D and manufacturing, combining with the rich on-site practical experience of the mining group to jointly develop more efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly drive pulley products. Meanwhile, the mining group will provide a field test platform for Shengwen's new products, accelerating the industrialization process.

In the initial phase of cooperation, the two sides plan to invest a total of $5 million in research and development funds, aiming to roll out at least two new-generation drive pulley products within a year. These products are expected to achieve a 20% reduction in energy consumption and a 40% increase in wear resistance compared to existing models. This cooperation not only expands the market space for Shengwen Mining Machinery but also injects new vitality into its technological innovation, promising to lead the future development trend of drive pulley technology and contribute to the high-quality development of the mining industry.
